不少市民到餐馆就餐时，服务员会送上包装好的集中消毒餐具，这些消毒过的餐具真的就卫生吗？昨天，深圳市卫生监督部门公布了37家集中消毒企业的消毒餐饮具抽检结果，有10家企业部分样品检验不合格，占了抽检企业总数的27％。 37家集中消毒企业的消毒餐饮具抽检结果，有10家企业部分样品检验不合格，占了抽检企业总数的27％。据了解，卫生监督部门经过摸底调查，发现深圳市一共有37家持有工商营业执照（经营范围含餐具清洗消毒）的餐饮具集中消毒企业，分布在全市各区，其中以宝安、龙岗两区最多，一共有27家，其余的为福田1家、罗湖4家、南山3家、光明新区1家、坪山新区1家。但各企业间规模差距较大，日生产量最低仅为1800套，最高位45000套，相差25倍；日生产量达到10000套以上的有18家。近日，卫生监督部门对这37家“有照”餐饮具集中消毒单位开展了监督检查，检查项目包括选址、、工艺流程、环境卫生、卫生管理制度、个人卫生状况、使用的清洗剂、消毒剂以及产品包装材料和标签内容。在检查中，卫生监督人员发现问题不少：1家餐饮具集中消毒单位选址竟设在居民楼内地下室里；部分企业未能按照除渣、洗涤、清洗、消毒、包装、储存的工艺流程合理，操作场所功能分区不明确或未分区，功能间设置不符合要求；部分企业未设立密闭的除渣间，存在餐厨垃圾异味、地面积污水的现象；部分企业无卫生管理制度和岗位责任制，从业人员无健康检查证明或过期，未经卫生知识培训。卫生监督部门在每家企业随机抽取了10份消毒餐饮具送往实验室进行检验，结果有10家企业的送检样品不合格。其中9家企业在各自的1份样品中查出烷基（苯）磺酸钠检测结果不符合国家标准，也就是一般所说的洗洁精残留超标。还有一家企业查出4份的大肠菌群检测结果和1份的烷基（苯）磺酸钠检测结果不符合国家标准。目前，市卫生监督部门已向这10家企业发出整改通知书，要求其限期整改。 .在采访中了解到，针对目前深圳市餐饮具集中消毒单位普遍存在外包装标识上标注的信息不全的问题，卫生监督部门将要求企业在消毒餐饮具包装薄膜上注明厂名、厂址、、工商注册号、生产日期、保质期等信息，让市民更方便识别有营业执照的企业以及产品的质量。卫生监督部门也计划从明年起在餐饮具集中消毒企业开展量化分级管理。 . 余海蓉..
