companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange．Second,since CSRC delists and rights ofering requirements are
both for three consecutive years,we should further identify firm s who have missed these thresholds in the past
two years．These firm s should have stronger incentive to manage earnings．Third,we can identify firms who in
fact do rights ofering in the next two years．Assuming firm s decide early whether to do rights ofering in the
future,they would engage in earnings management to make sure their curent earnings meet CSRC requirement．
We will collect more data to further explore these possibilities．
