Article 17.2 Dispute Resolution
Any and all dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly mutual consultation between the Parties.Such consultation shall begin immediately after one Party has provided a written notice to the other Party of a request for such consultation.If within thirty (30) days from and after the date of such notice a dispute has not been resolved,the dispute shall be submitted to and finally settled by arbitration in Geneva,Swiss in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce as in effect on the date of signing this Agreement.The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the award rendered by the arbitration shall be final and binding upon the Parties hereto and the judgment thereon shall be entered into and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
