LS说的都对,不过是从语法分析的.我从意思上给你解释下吧,some表示某种,any表示任何一个.这句话明显是强调,如果你有哪怕就一个主意.你学过数学集合论吧?就是这个道理,至少有一个和完全的区别
句子是疑问句，根据语法规定应该用any，当时肯定句时用some，例如。You have some idea。
不可以昂 any用于疑问句中 而some用于肯定句
例 Is there any water in the bottle?
There is some water in the bottle.
如果idea后面接的是倒装问句（汗……语法的词都不太记得了），那就用any。
i.e. If you have any idea where she is, please tell me.
Do you have any idea what it's like？
在这里不能换成some。
If you have some idea，貌似没有这种用法，或者可以理解...
