从语义上分析,第二个that仍然和第一个that一样,是修饰all的定语从句——that在从句里做作主语,显然that不应该对应a man,因为语义上根本不合.
这个句子语法上是不是有问题呢,是不是在第二个that前面加个连词and呢?

第二个that从句是前All that a man has to say or do的同位语从句，可以说是第二个that引导的从句修饰前一个从句

第二个that后面是个宾语从句，是do的宾语。
