改为holding可以吗？

应该是 held up.不是打错了,就是印错了.
理论上来说，法院有责任深入调查看似事实的事件。
地震时，支撑屋顶的柱子断裂，导致房屋倒塌。
理解上应该没问题。第二句用过去时更好，不知道为什么用hold up
1：法院还在，理论上，它有责任去调查所谓的事实！
2：在地震中，支撑着屋顶的支柱打碎了，导致房子倒塌！
第二句用hold up是因为这件事已经过去了，要用过去时，后面的broke也是过去时！

第一句是说该法庭从理论上来说，仍然有责任对指控的事实进行质询。
第二句我认为是房子虽然“collapsed”了，但是并没有变成平地，只是塌了一部分，还有有几根柱子“hold”住，尽管柱子已经是“broke”,破损了。所以用现在时
理论层面来说，法庭有仍责任询查那些被宣称的事实。
支撑屋顶的柱子在地震中断裂，这导致了房屋的坍塌。
支撑这个动作对于柱子来说是主动的，所以我觉得应该用原型。
