First I cook some rice. when it is OK ,I put into a big plate. Next I pour two teaspoons of oil in the pan. After the oil is OK,put in a teaspoon of salt and a bowl of rice. Cook them for a few minutes Then put three eggs into the pan and mix them up. A few minutes later , it is ready. you can have a try. it is very delicious

first you must take one bow steamed rice(white rice),and then put the oil in the pot and let it hot,when the oil hot put the egg let it fried enough,when it done take it out .
again put some oil in the pot ,(this time when waite the oil becom hot ,neet to cut some spring onion) at last put the rice fried egg and spring onion together waite 2 or 3 minites then you can eat the egg fried rice.
