自20世纪90年代以来,欧盟实行大幅调整政策,中欧高层领导人互访频繁,双边贸易迅速增加中欧经贸关系进入一个全面发展的时期,呈现出快速增长、稳步发展和日益加深等特征.欧盟在成员国扩大至25国之后,成为中国最大的贸易伙伴.目前,中欧经贸关系已形成全方位、宽领域、多层次的合作局面,合作范围已扩大到科技、教育和环保等40多个领域,并不断深化.中国是世界上最大的发展中国家,欧盟则是世界上最大的发达国家集团,中欧经贸关系存在着巨大的互补性,这两大世界市场之间合作的潜力是巨大的.随着世界经济一体化和全球化的进程的深入发展,使中欧之间经济联系日益密切.因此中欧经贸关系的进一步发展是必然的,但是更有着不可忽视的矛盾摩擦.中欧贸易摩擦具有数量不断增多,范围逐步扩大,形式趋于多样,探其原因,既有政府、企业、欧盟和中国方面的原因.这值得我们在总结历史经验的基础上,加以认真研究,找出其根源,解决问题,使得中欧经贸关系得以长期发展.
