当问"某个地方有没有什么?"的时候,是在强调"什么"是提问对象,既然不知道,所以可能:
1) 没有;
2) 有一个;
3) 有多个.
所以,提问的时候用单数.
注意区别:
1) Is there any car on the bridge?完全不知道桥上是否有车,而特指问的是"车",既"车"是提问对象,用单数.
2) 有可能有这样的问题:There are many cars on the road,are there cars on the bridge?这时候,提问对象不是"车",而是"桥上",因为肯定了"路上"有很多"车",所以顺着问"是否"桥上"也有很多车",强调的对象不是"车"了.

is 才对，刚才弄错了。 看句中的SUBJECT决定, car是单数，所以用IS, 如果是CARS就用ARE。 应该明白了吧 过去式就用WAS/WERE
car仍为单数，而非cars，显然用Is there 。
感觉用Is there主有个重要的地方没搞明白，any不止是some的疑问形式，还有一个意思是“某个”，也就是说这个句子的用法是any的一种用法，表示是否有车在桥上，楼主不必太过于执着细节问题，太钻牛角尖的话，比较简单的问题也可能会想复杂了。

这种问题，只要看好“主 谓 宾”就好了
any=>谓语用单数的。。
