As is known to all, nowadays hi-tech researches have reached a certain height and it is not so easy to achieve a breakthrough in a short period of time. Hi-tech researches are both time-consuming and expensive; especially it is a heavy burden for developing countries to spend so much money on them. No matter how advanced and developed in hi-tech research it is for a country, if its people are living in poverty and suffering from hunger ever day, I don’t think it worth all the money and efforts in doing so and it won’t be understood and appreciated by the people.
