what修饰名词或名词短语,有以下两种形式：

2.What+(形容词）+可数名词复数或不可数名词+主语+谓语!

由How引导的感叹句.
how用来修饰形容词、副词或动词.其结构是：
How+形容词（副词）+(主语+谓语)!
How delicious this apple is!How delicious!(可在不影响句子理解的语境中省略)
How fine the day is!......
How kind these women are!......
what与how引导的感叹句,一般情况下可以相互转换,转换后意义不变.如：
What an interesting story it is!==How interesting the story is!
what a beautiful bulding it is!==How beautiful the building is!
所以依据：How +形容词 + 主语 +谓语!应该是：（How）fine the day is!
What+ a/an+形容词+ 名词 +主语+谓语!应该是：What a fine day it is!
而不是:(What) fine the day it is!
从后向前找，先找到主谓，看主语前面要是形容词就用how。。。
应该是吧。。。

What+a/an/the+adj+n
What+adj+n(复数/不可数)
第一句是对的，第二句是错的...
打个比方：How beautiful the girl is! 和 What a beautiful girl (she is)!都是对的，简单的说，What后面接a！
所以第二句应改成What a fine day it is!
区别大了，你的那个第二句话是错的。没有这么个说法的，what a fine day .回去好好看看语法书
how是修饰形容词副词，第二个句子错了...应该是what a fine day（it is），你把句子倒过来念，the day is how fine ，the day is what a fine day，ok？明白了波~
