Having a good diet is very important. This means eating lots of different kinds of food and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.Because meat contains more fat than poultry and fish. Fat can build up in the arteries, block the flow of blood, and cause a heart attack or stroke. Some things are bad for your health, like smoking and drinking alcohol. It is better to try and give up these things or at least do them less. we should have a good diet to keep healthy.
