I think what the doctor said is practical,you should take it seriously .But on the condiction that you really like sports,I advise you keep a diet.You shouldn't eat as much as usual,especially some food that is full of fat.Besides,you can take some pills of medicine in right amount,for they can do harm to our body .what' more you should decline your sleeping time .Above all,if possible,you should do a bit sports.
