interested是形容词,前面要加be做谓语 be interested in
be +doing ,如果跟动词,那可以加ing.但是interested是形容词

第二句中的are 已经是动词了这两句中的interested是兴趣的意思是形容词词组是be interested in 所以要连用词组

be interested in 对.......感兴趣（主语是人）
